I've got a lot of them! What can I do with them? I could just eat em as a side, but I like finding ways to repurpose leftover fixin's.
Was thinking I could puree them into a soup, but am not sure how to approach it recipe-wise, so that's kinda really what I'm looking for. But I'd take any suggestions you folks have on how to use these things up. Thanks!
