Pan-Roasted Swordfish Steaks

Pan-Roasted Swordfish Steaks with lemon and parsley!

INGREDIENTS

2 swordfish steaks

1 small garlic clove, minced

Half a lemon juice plus 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Olive oil

Salt & Pepper

Fresh Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 200C

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat

Season the steaks with salt and pepper

Add swordfish to pan (gently)

Cook each side for 2-3 minutes

Transfer the steaks to ovenproof dish (If not using ovenproof skillet) and throw the garlic and lemon juice on top of them

Roast for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness)

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
