I've just been fortunate to score a bushel basket of parsley greens and parsley roots. I already have some plans (the parsley greens are just that, parsley herb, and they're going to be chopped fine for a walnut-parsley pesto garnish to a lambrack) but I'm looking for any other good recipes that use parsley roots, and especially those that use the roots and greens together,
