Hello everyone! This weekend I have been tasked/allowed to bring the Sunday Bolognese sauce to my fiancé's family's dinner. His family is very super traditionally Italian (They have pasta and sauce for Thanksgiving instead of turkey, etc.) And I am a southern white girl who has been slowly learning his favorite dishes. I definitely don't want to mess up the sauce!! The recipe I'm looking for I have made once in the past and was a mind blowing experience in flavor... But I can't find it!
What I remember - the author/chef was a woman
There was a section about stopping midway through and putting it in the fridge for 6-8 hours, and then coming back and finishing it
There was some kind of cream/heavy cream used
It also had veal or sausage in addition to beef.
