Cleansing today: Crispy kale chips and green smoothie

Healthy snacking for me and the little ones - recipes are listed in description.. SO good!

Crispy Kale Chips recipe:

Chop up one cup of washed kale, Toss in 1/2 tbsp oil (coconut or olive), sprinkle salt for taste.

Bake at 400 for 10 minutes and let cool.

Kale Smoothie:

1/2 cup chopped kale, 1 banana (frozen), 1/2 apple, 3/4 cup water or apple juice, small piece of fresh ginger, squeeze of lemon, Blend and enjoy!
