Shepard's Pie

The bulk of the recipe credit goes to Chef John, turned out delicious 10/10 would make again! I made a few additional changes: Subsututed 1/2 cup water for the bullion with red wine. Added some garlic powder to taste to the potatoes. Used mild cheddar for the potatoes (couldn't find any irish cheese). Sorry the editing sucks, on mobile.
