Chilli capsicum macaroni

Ingredients

  • 1 cup macaroni, boiled
  • 1 green capsicum, cut in square pieces
  • 1/2 yellow capsicum, cut in square pieces
  • 1/2 red capsicum, cut in square pieces
  • 2 Onions, chopped
  • 7-8 garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 5 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Few leaves coriander(Cilantro), chopped

Instructions

  • Take a pan.
  • Fill the pan with water
  • Add salt and boil it.
  • Add macaroni and boil for about 5 mins or as per instructions on the packet.
  • Drain macaroni and keep aside.
  • Take a wok.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and saute for few seconds.
  • Add onion and saute for 2 min, add capsicum and saute for about a min.
  • Add salt, black pepper.
  • Add tomato sauce, red chilli powder, soy sauce, chili sauce and mix well.
  • Add macaroni and toss well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
