Anyone know of 1-person meal subscriptions like Plated/Blue Apron OR have a source of full-meal, healthy recipes?? Please help!

I am single and live alone. I did Plated for quite a while and LOVED their recipes - fantastic, healthy, whole food that was often made of ingredients I wouldn't have tried on my own. Tons of new ideas, tasty food, recipes I make over and over again. BUT all of these services are for 2 people! I stopped doing it because I always had too much food and it got pricey. But mostly I just miss like - here is an idea for an amazing meal, cook away. I don't need the ingredients at all, I am just looking for a place with full-meal recipes ideas (like a protein and a vegetable). Something where I can like figure out a new way to mix spices to make a potato taste incredible. (Just an example but Plated sent a potato recipe that blows my mind to this day!)

I miss creative meals. I cook every night and I'll make like a protein and vegetable and they taste good, but it isnt like new and exciting ingredients or ideas.

Just rambling at this point but if anyone has ideas that would be highly appreciated!!
