Green Tea Matcha Latte

INGREDIENTS

  • Matcha - 2 tsp
  • Warm water - 1/3 cup
  • Soy milk or other - 1/2 - 1 cup
  • Sugar - to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Add matcha powder in a bowl, make sure the bowl is deep enough so you can comfortably whisk the matcha with warm water and sugar, whisk until the surface becomes frothy. Add frothed milk into your cup of prepared matcha. Done, enjoy!
