Healthy Frozen Yogurt (Does not have to be frozen). Can be eaten as is.

Ingredients: 1 cup berries. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup muesli. 1/2 Scoop of Spiruteen Vanilla protein powder Or other). 1 Scoop some sort of berry powder. (I use the super Red stuff in the picture below). 1 cup Tart cherry juice, or the juice of your choice. Popsicle maker mold.

a. Take Blueberries and raspberries or the berries of your choice and pulverize them in grinder.

b. Add Muesli or Granola. Stir well.

C. Add powders. Stir well.

D. Add Honey, Stir well!!!

E. Add cherry juice, stir well.

F. Add Yogurt, stir well.

G. Pour into mold.

F. Freeze.
