I'm looking for a pomodoro sauce that I can put in my slow cooker and let it cook all day while I am at work. Most of the stuff I've found calls for equipment I don't have or to make it right there and it s quick and easy. I have a big crock pot that I will use but I do not have a dutch oven (I found a recipe that uses a dutch oven and the author says you can use a slow cooker but didn't expand on how to adapt it to said slow cooker, I can provide the recipe if anyone wants to tell me how to adapt it for a slow cooker.) Also, not meat. I already make a meat sauce for spaghetti and now I want to make something without meat.
