I'm wanting to try and make an alcoholic cheesecake but as I've recently taken up baking and cooking as a hobby I'm still finding my way around recipes and what to try.
So I'm looking for the above recipie...fairly easy to make would be good. The alcohol choices I'm looking at are amaretto, margarita and gin. Maybe you have a recipe of your own you'd care to share?
