INGREDIENTS
1 cup zucchini
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 cup cilantro
½ cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add water as needed.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper to serve.
