Start the morning off right with this pancake recipe.
Ingredient list includes : 1/4 cup dry instant oats, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1/3-1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup milk or almond milk
Mix ingredients and add milk in portions so as to not over liquefy your batter. You could also skip on the protein powder but it is a nice protein touch for this meal. I like to use maple agave nectar as my syrup to top because it is a low glycemic option compared to normal sugar. Healthier for you!
This will yield one large pancake or two small pancakes. Enough for one person ideally or maybe two youngsters
