Hey there folks,
I am looking at various healthy options to increase my calories [bodybuilding gainz]. I love everything about black beans (nutrition wise) and I know tuna is a great source of protein.
I have read that some people just put them together in a bowl, microwave them, and it is good to go. Part of me thinks that won't taste very good, so I'm here to see if you think any simple additions can make it yummy.
Could it be as simple as adding [insert condiment name here]? Any tips?
