Last night I went to Wok On in Sydney, a dumpling party with stalls from some of the best SE Asian restaurants in the city. I finished my feast with the most delicious sticky rice with mango from Sunees, and now I'm obsessed with recreating it. This was the sort of sticky rice that's got salty undertones with the most divinely fresh sweetness from coconut milk and mango. The coconut milk was cooked down to this delicious creaminess and it was topped with sesame seeds. I can google, but I was hoping someone here had an amazing recipe to share with me.
