Ok so here goes. Usually, my go to quick meal for work is pesto pasta with mild Italian or garlic sausage cooked on the BBQ. I love the taste of this combination but am worried of the long term health effects of the sausage ie cholesterol and clogged arteries. I want to trade the sausage for chicken breasts. How should I season and cook the chicken so that it matches well with the pesto pasta? For reference, I have an oven, bbq and slow cooker. Thanks for the suggestions.
