My 13-yo daughter was recently diagnosed with gluten sensitivity, which has cut out so many foods she used to love. I'm trying to introduce new foods and I know I used to love lentils before my small child's taste buds eliminated exotic foods. So, I'm looking for a lentil recipe that is not too spicy and not too exotic (based on American tastes). Help me broaden my daughter's horizons.
(Note: I saw the green lentil soup and plan to try that, but looking for additional ideas.)
