Hi everyone, looking to recreate a "secret sauce" from a local sandwich shop. It is a sweet and sour sauce that contains no dairy – word is that it has olive oil, red wine vinegar, powdered mustard, lots of sugar, and paprika, among other things. It turns out to be a creamy orange color and is the consistency of room temp ketchup. If anyone has a similar recipe, I'd appreciate it!
