Marinara poached eggs

You need: However many eggs you want; 1 cup of marinara sauce parmesan cheese cayan pepper salt/pepper for seasoning.

1)Pour sauce on the pan and slowly bring to simmer. 2) Break egg and place it very carefully on the surface of sauce. Then close it with a lid and let it cook for 3-6 min. Make sure egg white is thoroughly cooked but the yolk is runny. 3) When the egg is cooked, serve them in your dish. If you would like, reduce the sauce a bit so that it's richer. Put sauce on the egg, and add cayan pepper and parmesan cheese.
