So my girlfriend is an Indian immigrant from Punjab, and as you can imagine, her mom cooks the most amazing food every single night! I've been trying to reproduce the dishes she cooks with recipes I find online, to no avail. It just seems like every recipe I find is incredibly bland, like it's designed for people who have never actually had authentic indian food before. I was wondering what your favorite Indian food recipes are? I love Mutter paneer and punjabi cuisine in general, so if you have any I would love to see them!
