Homemade Chicken Soup Noodles

Chicken soup noodle is a simple, quick, and delicious meal! Be sure to use homemade chicken broth for the best flavor!


Ingredients (2 servings):

Noodles:

  • 225g flour
  • 110ml water

Soup:

Toppings:

  • 1-2 green onion
  • 300g spinach
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Steps:

Noodles:

  1. Mix together flour and water.
  2. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll dough thinly.
  5. Fold into accordion and cut into noodles of desired thickness.

Toppings:

  1. Slice green onions.
  2. Blanch spinach for 30 seconds, then rinse in cold water.
  3. Season spinach with salt and sesame oil.

Assemble:

  1. Boil noodles for 1 minute.
  2. Rise noodles in cold water.
  3. Heat up chicken broth and meat.
  4. Add noodles back to soup and bring to boil.
  5. Serve with green onions, spinach, and kimchi on the side.
