There's a restaurant in my town that makes the best onion rings and it's the only one in town that even makes onion rings ( I live in Romania ). Thing is the onions inside aren't rings at all, they're minced and the batter is thicker. They look perfect, like this: http://ift.tt/1OZLW1o I didn't find any recipe to be anything like that and I doubt the restaurant would give me the secret formuler. I'm donion rings.
