Protein Ice Cream

Simple High Protein Ice Cream (3 ingredients)

Ingredients:

  • 5 scoops whey protein powder (~150 grams)

  • 400g yogurt

  • 1 frozen banana (or any frozen fruit)

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender container. Put lid on tightly. Blend until smooth

  • Place the mixture in a bowl and put it in the refrigerator.

  • Take it out after 40-50 minutes and stir. Repeat this action 2-3 times.

Macros depend entirely on whey/yogurt/amount/type of fruits used. Rough estimate:

  • Calories - 900-1100
  • Protein - 110-140
  • Carbs - 50-100
  • Fats - 1-10
