I'm looking for a Peanut butter cookie recipe that uses smooth peanut butter, which makes a cookie that is hard not chewy or crumbly. I want to use it to make peanut butter cookie butter, as this is what is in Ben and Jerry's Peanut Butter Cookie core Ice Cream.
