Pork loin was on sale this week and really cheap. Despite having plenty of protein in the freezer $1.69/lb was too good to pass up. So now I have about 3 lbs of boneless pork rib loin and I'm thinking I'd like to slow cook it. Quick searches have yielded some interesting results (mostly tacos) but I'd like to see what kind of ideas everyone else has. So, how do you like to slow cook your meat.
