[request] slow cooker pork shoulder that isn't BBQ pulled pork

I have two 7 lb pork butts in my freezer, one of which will be used for BBQ pulled pork but I want to try something different with the other one. We like to make a big batch and then freeze it into portions to use with other dishes so something versatile is preferred but honestly, I'm down to try anything.
