Hi,
Theres this amazing Turkish/Greek place near me that makes these chicken wraps with humus and chilli and its amazing. I want to recreate it myself tonight, but i'm a bit stumped.
They serve it with this onion/lettuce dish mixed together and i'm not sure what it is, or what I need to get to recreate it, can anyone point me in the right direction?.
Additionally any tips on a chilli paste type thing?.
