Chocolate chip cookie in a muffin tin, oh and with brownie.

So my kid wanted to try this one day many moons ago, and it was AWSSOME. So, my birthday is tomorrow (woo! I'm a Hallowiener!) and my wife whipped these up again!

It's a pretty standard chocolate chip cookie recipe, just give it a little extra butter. It's also a standard brownie, don't do anything differently. Make both, chuck 'em in the fridge for a couple hours. Mush the cookie dough around the outside of the greased muffin tin, and give it and good spoonful of brownie. Toss the lot in the oven, 350°F for 25 minutes.

Next time I'd add another 10% butter because I prefer my cookies a bit softer and cooking this long dried them out a bit.

bon appetit
