As the title implies, I'm looking for an asada recipe that mimics the taste of the taquerias found in SoCal. All the recipes I've seen online have these big chunks of steak in them which is nothing like the more finely chopped beef you find in a taqueria. I'm looking for a recipe for that more finely chopped, well done asada that you get in any decent taqueria in Southern California which is seasoned so well and tastes so good despite being wel done.
