I'm wondering about opinions as far as what takes an online recipe to the next level? What aspect makes you trust the recipe and keep reading?

Do you focus more on difficulty level, ratings, length of post, type of layout... etc? There are just so many recipes out there, how do you all choose? I have a blog, so I am very curious and any opinion helps!
