Recipes for 3rd Shift/Overnight/Graveyard Shift Workers??

I work 3rd shift(2300-0700) , sometimes a 12 hour 1900-0700 shift, at the local hospital.

When I come home, my agenda is bath then bed.

What are some quick, high protein, non-breakfast recipes I can make to eat before bed? Nothing upsets me more than waking up in the middle of the day, unable to go back to sleep because I'm hungry again after eating at 0600.

Help? Please?
