About 1/3 cup of butter
500 g whole wheat and 500g of white flour
1/3 cup of chocolate chips
I also have yeast and levaine, but I don't want to make chocolatey bread.
Oh wait. I do want to make chocolatey bread.
80 g. whole wheat
80 g. chocolate
330 g. white flour
1/2 tsp yeast
285 ml water
7 g. non-iodine salt
Mix dry w/o salt
Add to wet. Mix.
Rest 30 min. Salt it. Mix it.
Proceed to rest and fold for the next few hours and then bake steam at 470.
At least that's what I'm trying.
