Really easy and tasty vegetarian appetizer.

Ingredients
- 3 zucchini.
- 2 medium potatoes.
- 8-10 spring onions.
- 7 oz Greek yoghurt.
- 7 oz Feta cheese crumbled.
- 7 oz soft goat cheese.
- A bunch of fresh dill.
- A small bunch of fresh mint.
- 7 oz self-raising flour.
- 2 large eggs.
- ½ cup of extra-virgin olive oil.
- 1 tablespoon salt.
- Sesame seeds.
- 1 tablespoon ground pepper.
Instructions
- Use a grater and grate the zucchini and potatoes. Squeeze them hard to release most of the water. Place them in a large bowl.
- Finely chop the spring onions, mint and dill. Add them to the ball together with the eggs, crumbled feta, goat cheese, yoghurt, olive oil and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Use a large spoon and stir well to create a homogeneous mix.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (360 F).
- Use a kitchen brush and spread some olive on a medium baking tray. Spread some flour on the bottom and add your mixture. Add the sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for ~ 45 minutes until golden brown.
