What can I turn this Ghirardelli 86% cacao chocolate bar into?

Friend came over, and eats these as snacks. Left me one because I like sweets from time to time.

Decided I am going to watch some Black Mirror and take a nibble of one square, so I still have about 80 grams of it left. Holy cow, I can't believe people snack on this. It's so bitter like dumping grinded coffee beans down your gullet.

My friend is disgusting and now so am I. What can I do to rectify this? I got the staples: milk, butter, eggs, and flour. I also have other things for you creative folks. Lay it on me. Save my taste buds.
