Hi guys, I got a small pumpkin from a friend a little while ago and I'm not quite sure what to use it for. I think it's a bit too small for a pie or pumpkin puree, but what do y'all think? Is it big enough for some pumpkin butter? Any help is greatly appreciated! :)
(Also if you have a favorite small batch recipe I can use it for please feel free to share!)
