Is there something I can put in a food or drink that will change the color of my tongue without it being obvious?

I want to put something in a food or drink that will change the color of your tongue to blue or pink. Is it possible to do this without revealing that this will happen. Example: there were these cheetos that were orange but would turn people's tongue blue.
