Chocolate Cups with Ice-Cream

Ingredients

400gms - Dark Chocolate

750 Ltr. - Any Ice cream Brick

12 - Choco sticks

6 - Bloated baloons of same size

as desired - Chocolate Sauce

Method

  • Microwave dark chocolate at high temperature for 1 minute. Do not over heat, chocolate may burn and can give foul taste.

  • Bloat balloons to a same shape.

  • Take out the Chocolate bowl from microwave. It may look that it hasn't melted but when you will churn it with spoon, you'll see it melting. It should become like smooth liquid. Pour it in little deep and broad bottom vessel

  • Take a tray (which you can keep in fridge), line a wax paper or baking paper, spread a spoon of chocolate on it.

  • Now dip each balloon in the chocolate vessel rotate it a bit, so that chocolate is evenly coated on the lower side of balloon. And keep it on the chocolate you spread on the tray. You may want to refer to this video link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k71g_GojFQ0)

  • Do it for all six. Refrigerate them for around 20 minutes. And later prick the balloons. Your cups are ready

  • Put scoops of ice cream in the balloon cups , place the choco sticks and pour chocolate sauce. Ready to serve.
