Note: You can add or subtract what you like for your preference :) This is what I used. It's very quick, easy, and delicious.
You will need:
Cutting Board, Chef's Knife, Bowl, Fork, Baking Tray
Ingredients:
- Salmon Filet
- Garlic
- Maple Syrup
- Honey
- Butter or Margarine
- Chives (Fresh or Dried) - I used dried and it was delicious!
- Pepper
- Salt
Stir together in a bowl:
- a tablespoon or 2 of butter
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon honey
- a pinch chopped up chives
- 1 clove (or more) finely chopped garlic
- a few pinches of pepper (I like lots of pepper)
- a pinch or 2 of salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place salmon filet into baking tray (I lightly coated mine with butter). Then coat the salmon filet with the garlic maple butter sauce. I recommend coating the bottom of the salmon as well if you have the skin on - it is delicious! Place the tray in the oven when desired temperature. Cook until fish is cooked through (approx 15-20 minutes for mine). Serve with rice, asparagus, bok choy, or honey & butter fried brussel sprouts.
Enjoy! :)
