I'm interested in deep frying some vermicelli noodles that I have. I would consider myself a beginner at cooking but I want to learn how to make a variety of things. Right now I've been looking for a good recipe for deep frying the vermicelli and actually having a taste to it and it not be bland. I can make any kind of meat I want on the side but I'm just not sure if the noodles will taste good themselves from just being fried.
If anyone has any ideas for adding flavor to the noodles when deep frying it I'd appreciate it.
