Please help I have 1 1/2 pounds of thin sliced beef roast cut for carne asada but I'm looking for an alternative idea. I bought the meat and was planning to make traditional Mexican carne asada tomorrow but some friends took us to Mexican dinner tonight. I would like to use the meat in a non Mexican spiced recipe. I have a rather well stocked pantry and can cook any way except on a BBQ grill. Ideas? Recipes? Please help! Thank you!
