I'm doing a Harry Potter-themed birthday dinner for my mom for her 60th birthday. I'm making a handful of things, so I'm trying to do as much prep for the meal prior to everybody showing up. I'm going to make this recipe for pumpkin pasties.
My question is: can I make them all the way up to laying them on parchment paper? I feel like I could get away with letting them sit in the fridge overnight and just topping with eggwash and popping in the oven the night of the dinner.
