[QUESTION] How to infuse sugar with flavour

Hello friends, I am looking for a surefire way to infuse sugar with flavour. It is important that the sugar takes the flavour but it cannot be mixed in as I'd like to use the flavoured sugars in my coffees, on cakes, in other baked goods or to make candy. If anyone has any experience with this or can offer any insight I'd really appreciate it!!
