Hey all:
I'm new to this subreddit, but a quick perusal told me that this is a really nice community. I'm a semi-professional chef, and I've made my share of Lasagnas. However, I haven't come across one that truly balances the ingredients in a way that sits well on the tongue. I've also found that most mainstream recipes are very lacking in spice/herb [rosemary, thyme, oregano, etc]. I was wondering if any of you had a cool/different recipe that incorporates more than lasagna noodles, ground beef, bechamel, and tomato sauce. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you so much!
bon appetit
