A few years ago I made a delicious cake from a recipe I found online. Iirc it was white or yellow cake with strawberry icing and a strawberry filling. There were a lot of steps, including making your own jam for the filling and a strawberry simple syrup to incorporate into the icing, and it was a time consuming and satisfying project. I want to make it again, but I can't find the recipe anywhere! There may have been strawberries in the cake itself, but I can't remember. Anything similar would be greatly appreciated :)
