Spring Corn Chowder

Ok, for this Spring Corn Chowder meal we will start with chilled Corn Chowder. Yummy! Here are the ingredients and directions. Let me know if you have any questions.

Ingredients: Corn Chowder, Corn 12 units (cut off giblets), Tomato 2 units, Water 6 cups (start with 4 and add to taste), Onion 1/2 cup, Ginger 1 inches, Cayenne 1 pinch, Bell pepper 1 cup, Garlic 1-2 cloves, Cilantro 1 bunch Directions: Blend all in Vitamix. Save 1 corn for garnishing as well as cilantro leaves.
