these are my staple, fall-back recipes. I give them to you because they are easy and I want internet points and you may benefit.

recipes

chicken marinade:

1 tbs mustard 3 tbs olive oil 1/2 tbs or 2 tsp hot sauce 1/2 tsp lemon juice salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp italian seasoning pinch of red pepper flakes

steak marinade:

1 tbs mustard 1 tbs olive oil 1/2 tbs balsamic or soy sauce 1 tsp ketchup 1/4 tsp lemon juice salt and pepper to taste garlic powder or pan-seared fresh garlic pinch of red pepper flakes

hamburger marinade:

1 tbs ketchup 1 tbs mustard 1 tbs hot sauce 1/4 tsp paprika 1/4 chili powder salt and pepper before grilling

salad dressing:

1 tbs mustard 1 tbs balsamic 1 tbs hot sauce (sirracha) 3 tbs olive oil 2 tsp italian seasoning salt and pepper

brocoli, carrots, potatoes medley:

chop em up boil water throw them in covered for a while/uncovered for longer strain return to low heat, splash of olive oil, salt and pepper, little bit of lemon, red pepper, garlic or italian seasoning if desired.

by the way, i think italian seasoning is just a mix of basil, oregano, and some other stuff if you don't have it.

the end.

oh yeah. one more:

chinese take-out style beef:

1/2 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup of sugar 1 tbs or less of cornstarch 1 tbs of white wine garlic (i think three or two) ginger (i think it's 1 tbs) pinch of red pepper flakes few drops of sesame oil if you have it.

heat that shit up and mix it up till it gets nice and saucey. cook up shredded chuck with bell pepper, onions and brocoli on the side add the sauce, carefully, because, i swear to you, this is so unhealthy and i always regret making this for dinner. it;s a fucking half cup of sugar, u know.

bon appetit
