Hi all. I'm planning on leaving Scotland next year, most likely to travel about North America and I've been thinking of how to share some of my culture with wherever I end up. Anyway, my question is, does anyone have any Scottish food/ dishes ideas that could be good for me to learn and share with whatever places I find myself at? The reason I ask is because i can't see Scottish culture from an outsiders perspective so it's hard for me to tell what's interesting or not.
My first thought is potato scones (tattie scones). XD.
