What to do with High Gluten flour?

I've just bought a 5 kg bag of high-gluten flour because it was on sale and I'd like to know what else I can make with this type of flour besides pizza and bagels. I know that it's a good bread flour as well, but I'm not entirely sure as to what kind of bread it would be good for.

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
