CEVICHE-STYLE JUMBO SHRIMP

**Recipe makes 2-3 servings

Pre-Cooked Jumbo Shrimp (12oz.), Yellow Onion, Parsley, Sea Salt, Lemons (2), Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2tsp), Whole-Grain Mustard

Wash, devein, and peel shrimp (unless they come already cleaned). Place in a bowl and add thinly sliced onions. Season with salt, parsley, oil, lemon juice, and mustard. Mix altogether evenly and cover. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours and enjoy! http://ift.tt/2qEUoRp
